Pole Position Productions to Provide Live Broadcast of CKI Florida Cup

The Championship Karting International Florida Cup presented by Supertune USA and DeFrancesco Racing has inked a deal with Pole Position Productions to provide live streaming video during all Florida Cup events. While teams and drivers look to fight for more than $130,000 in cash and prizes, viewers at home can view the racing action live via the Championship Karting International website.

“Pole Position Productions has stepped up to the plate and put together an attractive programming for our viewers who cannot attend the event,” stated CKI’s Director of Operations Kevin Williams. “We wanted to allow spectators that can not come to the event to be able to view the racing action live. Video will be streamed to the website all day long and viewers can follow the progress and results of their favorite teams, brands and drivers.”

Along with the live streaming video, Pole Position Productions will be shooting special segments throughout the weekend that will also be uploaded to the CKI website. Features on teams, drivers and new products will be posted on the both the Pole Position Productions and Championship Karting International websites during and following the events.

“The CKI staff and the Florida Cup Series look to be providing a trend setting series in the winter months,” stated Pole Position Productions Tom Furrer. “With the goal of helping promote the sport of karting to the masses, I felt that Pole Position Productions could help take them to the next level. We will have cameras around the facility providing some great racing action as well as a full crew in the pits shooting segments that will be uploaded to the website during and after the event.”
